We strive to meet your expectations with every service we provide. However, refunds are subject to the following terms:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Once a service agreement is signed, payment is made, and the service is completed to the customer’s satisfaction (confirmed verbally or in writing), the payment is non-refundable. This reflects our commitment to delivering quality work and your acknowledgment of satisfactory completion.

  • Satisfaction Verification: Upon completion of the service, we will confirm your satisfaction with the work performed. This may include an on-site review, a follow-up call, or written confirmation. If you express satisfaction, the payment is final and non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Service Not Performed: If J&N Tree Surgery is unable to perform the agreed-upon service due to our own circumstances (e.g., equipment failure or scheduling issues), and no alternative arrangement is agreed upon, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, you must notify us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 7 days] of service completion. We will investigate the issue and, if we determine the service did not meet our agreed standards, we may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost or provide a full or partial refund, at our discretion.
